Shipping policy

All African Net Sponge orders placed before 6 PM PST will be shipped the same business day from warehouse in Los Angeles. The standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days. Overnight express is also available. Please note that business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

We also ship orders from our warehouses in Germany, UK, Hong Kong depending on where you place the order. The standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time.

International shipping may take between 2 to 5 weeks. (*Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.*) There is no need to pay customs duties — we’ve already covered them for you. If you are ever asked to pay customs fees, please contact us and we will take care of it.
